Orthodontics is concerned with more than just the cosmetic change of straightening teeth. Braces and other treatments that we provide improve oral health and function, create a beautiful smile, and increase self-confidence and self-esteem.

Adults of all ages as well as children can benefit from orthodontic care.  There is no ideal age for orthodontic treatment because the time and type of treatment varies for each individual. The American Association of Orthodontists does recommend that every child have an initial exam by age 7.  In many instances, no treatment may be necessary at this time. However, early diagnosis and treatment of young people can maximize improvement with the least amount of the time and expense.

First Visit: Initial Exam and Consultation
You will be examined by Dr. Song to determine if orthodontic treatment is necessary and when treatment should begin. She will discuss preliminary findings with you and address any of your questions and concerns.

Second Visit: Diagnostic Records
If orthodontic treatment is needed, complete diagnostic records (x-rays, study models of teeth, and photographs) will be taken by her friendly staff in order to properly diagnose and treat the case.

We always offer several payment options to make orthodontics affordable. Financial arrangements are determined before treatment is initiated. The cost can vary depending on the difficulty of the treatment. We strive to be as helpful as possible with your insurance by determining the coverage you have available and filing for the benefits at the onset of treatment. We will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits.

In an effort to best accommodate your financial needs, our payment options include:

  • Payment in full at the beginning of treatment with 5% bookkeeping courtesy (cash and check).
  • A down payment and monthly installments without interest (VISA and MC accepted).
  • No down payment with third party financing. Contact the Orthodontist Fee Plan or call 800-637-3391 to apply. Orthodontist Fee Plan provides convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plans for orthodontic patients. OFP is endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists.
  • Insurance payment. Our office accepts insurance benefits in most cases. We will help you determine the coverage you have available and file for the benefits at the onset of treatment.
